“She Kept Sabbath”

1.        Review the meaning of  “Sabbath” (side column) and its context used in II Chronicles 36:21 .

·         Compare the statement “until the land had enjoyed her Sabbaths” with the following references:

2.     Exodus 31:13

3.     Leviticus 25:1-4

4.        Read God’s warning to the Israelites concerning the Sabbaths.

·         Leviticus 26:18-21, 28-35, 43-45

5.        Why were the Sabbaths given by God?  Ezekiel 20:12  Why was the Lord so angry with Israel?  Ezekiel 20:21
